Gluten Free
Our entire website is full of gluten free recipes. These recipes are full of mainly fresh produce, and some packaged ingredients. When we have chosen to use packaged foods we ensure they have limited ingredients, and it is all gluten free. It is important to note that similar brands of packaged foods may contain ingredients not suitable when needing to follow a gluten free diet.
We would also like to note that some recipes contain oats. We understand this doesn't comply with strict gluten free diets and those suffering from coeliac disease. We have chosen to include these recipes for those that can tolerate oats and are looking for some recipe options. If you are just starting a gluten free diet, follow the guidance of the health professional you are working with. You may need to avoid oats altogether until you can reintroduce them at the appropriate time.
