Fruit Parfait


Simple, sweet and delicious. You can make this ahead of time and keep it in the fridge.

Hint: If you use a screw-top jar it's travel friendly and you can take it in your lunch box or on a picnic.

Tip: Use any fruits you like and it's also seriously good topped with a little grain-free granola.

Ingredients

4 small strawberries, sliced
1/2 small mango, diced
6 raspberries (12g)
1/2 small banana, sliced
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yoghurt

Method

  1. Layer the yoghurt and fruit however you want and enjoy right away or save for later.
