No Blend Coconut Rough Bliss Ball


A quick and easy no blend bliss ball that tastes just like an old school Golden Rough (Aussie).
Perfect to pop in your lunch box for a morning or afternoon snack.

Tip: Want to make it Vegan? Swap the honey for rice malt or maple syrup.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of natural almond butter
1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tiny pinch of sea salt
3/4 teaspoon of full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
2 teaspoons of extra coconut for rolling

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together except extra coconut. If mix is a little too wet to handle you can refrigerate before rolling.
  2. Roll into 1 large or 2 small balls and roll in extra coconut.
