A quick and easy marinade to add some incredible flavour to a tender pork steak. Serve with your favourite sides.
Hint: We have pictured this with the Spicy Slaw and we think the flavours work well together.

Ingredients
125 grams of lean pork scotch fillet or sirloin steak
1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of avocado or other oil of choice
1/2 teaspoon of pure maple syrup
Method
Add the pork steak to a flat dish or snap lock bag. Combine all of the marinade ingredients and add to the pork.
Leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes or for up to 8 hours.
When ready to cook heat a pan or bbq to medium high heat and cook the pork until just cooked through.
Serve with your favourite sides.
