Almond Flat Bread


It's so easy to make this flat bread.

After 5 mins in the oven you will have some nice soft dipping bread or a wrap. The longer it stays in the oven the crispier it gets.

* Depending on your Paleo and Keto choices tapioca/arrowroot is a starch and may not belong on strict diets.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of almond meal
2 tablespoons of *tapioca flour or arrowroot
2 tablespoons of water

Method

  1. Heat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Set aside while you heat up a small pan.
  3. Brush a little coconut oil into the pan and heat to a medium heat.  
  4. Pour in the mixture and spread out as evenly as possible.  Cook for 2-3 mins each side, then place it into the oven from 5 to 25 mins depending how crispy you need it to be.
