1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, butter or ghee
30 grams of green beans (5 or 6)
1 garlic clove, sliced
zest of 1/4 lemon
1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Himalayan or sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
