Keto Chocolate Fat Bomb Smoothie


When you are used to eating clean it can be hard to include enough fat when starting on a Keto diet. We love this smoothie for breakfast, it provides fuel for the day and it tastes amazing!

Tip: It is quite thick so you can add a little water until it is the desired consistency.

Ingredients

1/2 avocado, (80g flesh)
1/4 cup (60g) unsweetened coconut yoghurt
3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons (10g) raw cacao
1 tablespoon (20ml) cold pressed coconut oil or MCT oil
2 ice cubes
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)

Method

Place all of the ingredients in your blender or Nutri-Bullet and blend until completely smooth.
