Ferrero Rocher Bliss Ball

Ingredients

1 medjool date
1 tablespoon of almond meal
1 tablespoon of roasted hazelnuts
2 teaspoons of cacoa powder
2 drops vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of water
Small pinch sea salt
Extra crushed roasted hazelnuts for rolling

Method

Place all ingredients (except extra hazelnuts for rolling) into a *small blender.  Blend for 10-15 seconds.  Roll into a ball, then roll into the extra hazelnuts, place in the fridge and eat when needed.

*A small blender is needed when making bliss balls for one.  If you don’t have one you can use a mortar & pestle to blend all the ingredients together to a fine consistency.
