The best description for these mushrooms is deeelicious!
We think part of the reason they taste so amazing is the butter or ghee but you can definitely replace with your favourite oil.
Tip: Need it to be lower in fat? Start with 2 tsp of butter or oil and add some water to create the sauce.
Note: This is a side serving and we love it served with a tender juicy steak but can easily be doubled to enjoy on its own or on your favourite toast.

Ingredients
150 grams of mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon of organic butter or grass-fed ghee
3 or 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
zest of 1/2 lemon
Method
Heat butter or ghee in a frypan over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms to pan and fry for 3 minutes then add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add fresh thyme, lemon juice and zest and cook 2-3 more minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your liking.
