Pine Mango Smoothie


An iconic flavour combination that just works, with added fibre and antioxidants it's a great way to start your day!

Tip: When using chia seeds it's a good idea to soak them first, we keep a small jar in the fridge with chia gel to save doing it every time.

Hint: The amount of ice cubes you use will depend on whether you use fresh or frozen fruits. We used all frozen fruit so didn't need to use any.

Ingredients

3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of diced fresh or frozen mango
1/2 cup of diced fresh or frozen pineapple
1 fresh or frozen banana
2 teaspoons of flaxseed meal
1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of pure honey
2-4 ice cubes

Method

Combine all ingredients in your blender or nutri-bullet and mix until completely combined.
