Ingredients
2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of pure honey
1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Himalayan or sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
125 grams of ocean-caught salmon, skin off
Method
Place the salmon in a lock seal bag or shallow dish.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and add to the salmon, coating well.
Marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes while you prepare one of your favourite sides.
Heat a pan or bbq to medium high heat and cook the salmon on both sides until done to your liking. Approx. 8 minutes.
Serve with a side of salad or vegetables of choice.
