125 grams of lean beef mince
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons of pure tomato paste
1 good pinch paprika
1 pinch of ground fennel or other herb of choice
1 pinch each of sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
1 teaspoon of coconut aminos or wheat free tamari
1/2 cup of beef bone broth or stock
1/2 cup of baby spinach leaves, sliced
1 teaspoon of fresh picked thyme leaves (optional)
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 free range egg, poached
1/4 teaspoon of black seeds (optional) we used a mix of sesame & nigella seeds
