Blueberry Dream Smoothie


Blueberries are the great detoxifiers so that makes this smoothie the perfect start to your day.
When you add in good fibre and healthy omegas with the addition of flax seed meal and chia seeds you're onto a winner!
Tip: When using chia seeds it's a good idea to soak them first, we keep a small jar in the fridge with chia gel to save doing it every time.

Ingredients

3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
1 frozen or fresh banana
2 teaspoons of flax seed meal
1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 to 5 ice cubes depending on whether you use fresh or frozen fruit

Method

Blitz everything together in your favourite blender and enjoy!
