2 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt, plain coconut yoghurt, or coconut milk
1 small clove of garlic, sliced
Zest of 1 lemon
1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 pinch of sea salt
