Who doesn't love the taste of apple pie!
Chia seeds are full of important nutrients and they are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fibre, iron, and calcium.
Hint: See our other flavour variations or try one of your own.
Tip: Stir in some coconut yoghurt for a creamier pudding.
Note: There is a minimum of 2 hours soaking time required.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon of coconut water
1/2 teaspoon of pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 medium red apple, grated
1 tablespoon of + 2 tsp chia seeds
Method
Place all ingredients into a glass jar leaving the chia seeds until last to prevent them from clumping together.
Stir mixture a couple of times during the next 10 minutes then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with extra fresh apple and pecans if desired.
