Vegan Parmesan


A yummy cheesy tasting sprinkle that works in place of Parmesan cheese that's vegan!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of raw cashews
3 teaspoons of nutritional yeast flakes
1 pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
1 pinch of dried garlic powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend into small grains.
  2. Use as a sprinkle on your salads and savoury dishes.
