Walnut Brownie Ball


This dark, rich snack will cure any chocolate cravings for the rest of day. You will only need one!

TIP: Making bliss balls for one is possible but you will need a small blender. The one we use comes with the stick blender as an attachment.

Ingredients

1/2 medjool date (seed removed)
1 tablespoon of walnuts
1 tablespoon of almond meal
3 teaspoons of cacao
2 teaspoons of almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup
A drop of vanilla extract
Small pinch of sea salt

Method

Place all ingredients into a small blender.  Blend for 10-15 seconds.  Roll into a ball and place in the fridge.  Eat in any chocolate emergency!
