It doesn't get any easier than this! Two ingredients and 6 minutes and you have jam!
Tip: You can add your choice of sweetener, we chose not to as the berries were sweet enough.
Note: If you would like to use fresh berries you will need to add a little water to make enough liquid.

Ingredients
1/3 cup of 50g frozen berries of choice (we used mixed)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (3g)
sweetener of choice if using
Method
Heat a small saucepan to medium, add the frozen berries and heat for 2-3 minutes until starting to soften. Start to mash with a fork as they thaw until you have a good ratio of fruit to liquid.
Add the chia seeds and stir for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Once cool it will thicken even more and can be kept in the fridge for up to a week. Makes approx. 2 Tablespoons of jam.
We love this served on the Low Carb Paleo English Muffin or with one of our pancake recipes.
