Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie


Just like a strawberry milkshake but so much better for you!

You can add in any health powders, protein powders or tonics that you like, we love to add Acai or a good reds powder.

Ingredients

100 grams of fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 or 4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
