So easy and so versatile! Serve it on toast, crispbreads, sweet potato toast, or as a dip with your favourite vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients

1/2 avocado, mashed
1/8 small red onion (20g) diced
1/4 tomato (30g) diced
1/4 teaspoon of dried garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
sea salt & cracked pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of chopped fresh coriander (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and serve however you like.
