About Well for One
We are Janene Inigo and Karen Maree, sisters and the
creators of Well for One.
We have studied Clinical Nutrition & Eating Psychology
and have worked with many individuals facing diverse health challenges. Food allergies, intolerances, and diseases are
increasing, and we believe healthy eating is one of the major links to wellness.
We have studied many diets including vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto,
gluten-free, dairy-free and AIP.
Every diet should be rich in natural foods with vegetables
and fruit at the forefront. Our recipes
use this philosophy, and we have created hundreds of delicious meals, snacks & sauces.
Well for One caters to the individual as not everyone needs
to, or likes to, eat the same way. Most
of our recipes are only 1 or 2 serves, however, can be scaled for larger
portions or family meals.
