Chocolate Soft Serve


A healthy way to enjoy chocolate at any time of the day! A light breakfast or even a delicious way to curb those afternoon cravings.

TIP: Swap out peanut butter for any other nut butter.

Ingredients

1 small frozen banana
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (preferably cold)
2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tablespoon of raw cacao
1/2 teaspoon of maca root powder (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a small blender until well combined.  Optional to top with nuts, coconut, cacao nibs, banana or berries.  Enjoy!
